摘要
利用OM、XRD、EBSD,对Fe-C-10Mn-4AlTRIP钢的铸态、热轧态以及双相区退火态的微观组织进行观察,并对其不同状态下的拉伸性能进行测试。结果表明:铸态下该实验钢的主要组织为铁素体与奥氏体,且δ-铁素体保留到室温;经过热轧与双相区退火处理,钢中奥氏体的体积分数达到89.3%。在拉伸过程中奥氏体发生马氏体转变(相变诱发塑性,TRIP效应),双相区退火处理后的试样抗拉强度达757.3 MPa,伸长率为44.9%,强塑积达到了33.8GPa·%,实验钢的强韧性大幅提高。
The microstructure of as-cast,hot-rolled and intercritical annealed Fe-C-10Mn-4Al TRIP steels was observed by OM,XRD,EBSD technique,and the tensile properties in different states were tested.The results show that the main microstructure of the experimental steel is ferrite and austenite,andδ-ferrite is retained to room temperature.After hot rolling and intercritical annealing,the volume fraction of austenite in the steel reaches 89.3%,and the transformation of austenite to martensite occurs during the tensile process(transformation induced plasticity,TRIP effect).The tensile strength of i s the ample after intercritical annealing is 757.3 MPa,the elongation is 44.9%,and the product of strength and plastic reaches 33.8 GPa·%.The strength and toughness of the experimental steel greatly improve.
