热处理工艺对SCr430H钢组织和硬度的影响

摘要 以SCr430H钢为研究对象,分析了不同的热处理工艺对淬透性合金结构钢组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:随淬火温度在800~890℃升高,金相组织完全奥氏体化,提高了SCr430H钢的硬度,在860℃时硬度达到峰值40.81HRC,继续升高温度,造成奥氏体晶粒粗大,硬度下降至39.86 HRC。当回火温度在440℃时,显微组织为回火托氏体,温度在470℃以上时,显微组织均为回火索氏体,并且在500℃回火时,α相再结晶明显,粒状碳化物呈弥散分布。随着回火温度的升高,钢的硬度逐渐从36.84 HRC下降至29.38 HRC。最佳热处理工艺为:860℃+保温40 min+水冷淬火后,进行440℃+保温40 min+水冷回火。 Taking SCr430H steel as research object,the effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and hardness of the hardenability alloy structural steel were analyzed.The results show that with the quenching temperature rising from 800℃to 890℃,the microstructure is completely austenitized,and the hardness of SCr430H steel is increased.The hardness reaches the peak value of 40.81 HRC at 860℃,and the hardness decreases to 39.86 HRC due to the continuous increase of temperature.When the tempering temperature is 440℃,the microstructure is tempered tortenite,and whe n the temperature is above 470℃,the microstructure is tempered sortenite,and when the tempering temperature is 500℃,αphase recrystallization is obvious,the granular carbide is dispersed.With the increase of the tempering temperature,the hardness of the steel gradually decreases from 36.84 HRC to 29.38 HRC.The optimal heat treatment process is:860℃+heat preservation for 40 min+water cooling quenching,at 500℃+heat preservation for 40 min+water cooling tempering.
