基于玄府理论探讨风药在溃疡性结肠炎中的运用

Application of Wind Medicine in Treating Ulcerative Colitis Based on Xuanfu(玄府)Theory

玄府是中医理论中一种特殊的人体结构,是机体气血输布运行所必经的细小孔道,遍布机体各处,玄府发生郁闭会引起局部气血瘀滞从而为患。现代医学研究表明,肠道微循环障碍是溃疡性结肠炎发生发展的重要病理因素,而微循环系统与玄府有着诸多相似之处,肠玄府的病理改变可能是溃疡性结肠炎的病理基础。风药是一类具有质轻、味薄、发散等特点的中药,具有开通玄府的功效。中医运用风药治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有久远的历史。现代研究表明,多种风药都能够通过降低炎症水平进而抑制溃疡性结肠炎的发展。本文拟从玄府理论入手,探讨风药开玄在肠玄府郁闭所致的肠道微循环障碍及溃疡性结肠炎中的治疗作用机制及相关理论基础,以期为溃疡性结肠炎的临床治疗提供一种比较新颖的辨证思路。

Xuanfu(玄府),as a special body structure in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),is the small pores distributing throughout the body through which Qi and blood are transported.The closure of Xuanfu may cause local blood stasis and Qi stagnation,thus leading to diseases.Modern medical research shows that intestinal microcirculation disturbance is the important pathological factor in the occurrence and development of ulcerative colitis.Since there are various similarities between the microcirculation disturbance and Xuanfu,the pathological changes in intestinal Xuanfu is possibly the pathological basis of ulcerative colitis.Wind Medicine is a kind of Chinese medicine with the characteristics of light quality,thin taste,and dispersing pathogenic factors,and has the effect of opening Xuanfu.The application of Wind Medicine in treating ulcerative colitis in TCM has a long history.Modern research indicates that various kinds of Wind Medicine can be used to inhibit the development of ulcerative colitis by reducing the level of inflammation.This paper explores the effect of applying Wind Medicine opening Xuanfu in treating intestinal microcirculation disturbance and ulcerative colitis caused by the closure of intestinal Xuanfu,thereby proposing a new idea for treating ulcerative colitis.
