摘要
外泌体是一种由细胞分泌到胞外约40 nm~160 nm大小的纳米小囊泡,在细胞内稳态和细胞间的通讯发挥着重要作用。miRNAs是外泌体的重要功能组分,近年来,越来越多研究揭示了外泌体miRNAs在各种疾病生理病理过程中的调控作用。在肾脏方面,急性肾损伤、IgA肾病、肾病综合征、糖尿病肾病、狼疮性肾病、肾癌等疾病过程中外泌体源miRNAs起着调控作用。中医药防治肾脏疾病疗效确切,其机制可能与调控相关外泌体中的miRNAs有关。本文旨在综述外泌体来源miRNAs在肾脏病中的调控作用及中药干预作用。
Exosomes, the nano-sized extracellular vesicles with a size range of 40-160 nm secreted by cells, are critical in intracellular homeostasis and intercellular communication. As the important functional components of exosomes, miRNAs have been proved potent in regulating the physiopathological process of various diseases in recent years. Exosome-derived miRNAs play a regulatory role in kidney diseases, such as acute kidney injury, IgA nephropathy, nephrotic syndrome, diabetic nephropathy, lupus nephropathy, and renal cancer. Chinese medicine displays a definite efficacy in the prevention and treatment of kidney diseases, and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of exosome-derived miRNAs. The present paper reviewed the regulatory effect of exosome-derived miRNAs in kidney diseases as well as Chinese medicine intervention.
