摘要
自2019年以来,新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)已致2亿多人感染,近500万人死亡。尽管疫苗的使用降低了重症率,但由于病毒变异速度远远高于疫苗的研发速度,致使其预防效果大大降低。因此,能有效防治新冠肺炎(COVID-19)的药物研发已迫在眉睫,近年来,针对COVID-19相关动物模型的研究迅速发展,目前已有猴、小鼠、仓鼠以及水貂等多种COVID-19动物模型报道,其中多种动物模型已经用于疫苗研究以及相关新药研发,本文拟就相关动物模型进行简要综述,以便国内相关同行参考。
Since 2019,SARS-CoV-2 has infected more than 200 million people and nearly 5 million people have died. Although vaccination has reduced the proportion of severe cases, the preventive effect is greatly affected because of the faster virus mutation than vaccine development. It is urgent to develop effective drugs to prevent and treat novel coronavirus 2019(COVID-19). In recent years, COVID-19 models in animals, such as monkeys, mice, hamsters, and mink, have been rapidly developed. Many animal models have been applied in the research and development of vaccines and new drugs. The present study briefly reviewed animal models to provide references for peers in China.
