2021年陕西省碘缺乏病实验室尿碘、盐碘外质控考核结果分析

Analysis of the results of external quality control of urinary iodine and salt iodine in IDD laboratories in Shaanxi Province,2021

目的 通过分析2021年陕西省碘缺乏病(IDD)实验室外质控考核情况,评价各级实验室的检测能力和整体水平,发现质控工作中存在的问题和差距,进一步提高实验室的检测能力,为碘缺乏病流行病学的监测和防治工作提供技术支撑。方法 2021年陕西省的省、市、县三级碘缺乏病实验室进行尿碘、盐碘外质控考核,尿碘采用标准参考值±不确定度和Z比评分法对结果进行统计判定;盐碘采用标准参考值±不确定度方法进行判定。结果 参加尿碘、盐碘外质控考核的各级实验室共118个其中包括省级1个、市级10个、县级107个,反馈率和合格率均为100%。结论 经过多年各级碘缺乏病实验室的能力建设,陕西省各级碘缺乏病实验室的尿碘、盐碘检测能力相对稳定可靠,能为碘缺乏病的监测和防治工作提供客观准确的的数据保障。但仍有个别实验室检测能力还有待继续提高,建议实验室要加强内部质量管理,提高自身的检测能力,进一步为陕西省碘缺乏病防治工作奠定坚实的基础,为持续消除碘缺乏病的危害提供强有力的技术支持。

Objective To analyze the external quality control assessment of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) laboratories in Shaanxi Province in 2021,evaluate the detection ability and overall level of laboratories at all levels,find out the problems and gaps in quality control,further improve the detection ability of laboratories,and provide technical support for the epidemiological monitoring and prevention of IDD.Methods The external quality control assessment of urinary iodine and salt iodine was carried out in IDD laboratories at the provincial,municipal and county levels in Shaanxi Province in 2021.The results were statistically judged by standard reference value ± uncertainty and Z-ratio score;Salt iodine was determined by the method of standard reference value ± uncertainty.Results All 118 laboratories at all levels participated in the external quality control assessment of urine iodine and salt iodine,including 1 at the provincial level,10 at the municipal level and 107 at the county level.The feedback rate and qualified rate were 100%.Conclusion After many years of capacity building of IDD laboratories at all levels,the detection capacity of urinary iodine and salt iodine in IDD laboratories at all levels in Shaanxi Province is relatively stable and reliable,which can provide objective and accurate data guarantee for the monitoring and prevention of IDD.However,the testing ability of some laboratories still needs to be improved.It is suggested to strengthen internal quality management,improve their testing ability in these laboratories,further lay a solid foundation for the prevention and control of IDD in Shaanxi Province,and provide strong technical support for the continuous elimination of the harm of IDD.
