PDCA联合TBL在高职护理实训教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的 探究PDCA循环法联合小组合作学习(TBL)教学模式在高职护理实训教学中的应用效果,为临床护理教学提供参考方案。方法 选取安徽省阜阳职业技术学院医学护理学院2019级护理专业学生631例作为研究对象,采用系统抽样分为观察组308例和对照组323例。观察组采用PDCA循环法联合TBL教学模式开展实训课程教学,对照组采用传统实训教学方法进行授课教学,比较两组学生的自主学习能力评分和实训考核成绩。结果 干预后,观察组考核成绩为(92.93±4.00)分,高于对照组的(81.64±3.40)分;观察组学习动机、自我管理能力、学习合作能力、信息素质4项自主学习能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法联合TBL教学模式在高职护理实训教学中的应用效果明显,可以提高学生的技能实训成绩、自主学习能力、组织协作能力和学习兴趣等综合素质,值得在以后的实训教学中逐步推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle method combined with team-based learning(TBL)teaching mode in higher vocational nursing practice teaching,and provide a reference plan for clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 631 nursing students of Grade 2019 from Fuyang Vocational Technical College of Anhui Province were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group with 308 cases and control group with 323 cases by systematic sampling.The observation group used PDCA cycle method combined with TBL teaching mode to carry out practical course teaching,while the control group used traditional practical teaching methods to carry out teaching.The self-directed learning ability scores and practical training assessment achievement of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the assessment achievement of the observation group was(92.93±4.00)points,which was higher than that of the control group with(81.64±3.40)points;the scores of four self-directed learning abilities such as learning motivation,self-management ability,learning cooperation ability and information quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle method combined with TBL teaching mode had obvious application effect in higher vocational nursing training teaching.It could obviously improve students’ comprehensive quality such as skills training achievement,autonomous learning ability,organizational and cooperative ability and learning interest,it was worthy of gradual promotion and application in future training teaching.
