神经根型颈椎病应用中医辨证护理的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

神经根型颈椎病是临床骨科常见颈椎疾病,以中老年人群为主要发病群体,随着当前生活、工作压力的不断增加,神经根型颈椎病发病年龄出现明显年轻化的趋势。神经根型颈椎病可造成患者出现上肢麻木、乏力等临床症状,影响上肢运动功能,降低患者生活质量。临床上对神经根型颈椎病患者多采取保守治疗,常规口服西药虽然能够对疾病症状起到缓解作用,但无法有效治疗疾病的发病因素及延缓疾病进展,疾病反复发作加重患者痛苦的感受。临床中医在疾病治疗中讲究辨证论治,通过对患者所患疾病类型、症状、病程等进行细致划分,可以有效开展针对性诊疗手段,以此促进患者疾病康复。中医辨证施护是以临床中医辨证论治为理论基础,充分考虑患者个体差异所开展的护理方式,具有人性化及针对性的优势,护理干预效果明显,临床应用价值较高。本文对中医辨证护理在神经根型颈椎病中的应用进展进行综述,以期为神经根型颈椎病的治疗提供帮助。

Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is a common cervical disease in clinical department of orthopedics,with middle-aged and elderly people as the main disease group.With the increase of living pressure and working pressure,the age of onset of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy tends to be younger.Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can cause numbness and weakness of upper limbs,interfere with the motor function of upper limbs and reduce the quality of life.In clinical practice,patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy are usually treated conservatively.Although conventional oral Western medicine can relieve the symptoms of the patients,it can not effectively treat the pathogenic factors and inhibit the progression of the disease,and its repeated attacks aggravate the pain of the patients.The clinical traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)emphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment in the treatment of diseases,and can effectively carry out targeted diagnosis and treatment by carefully dividing the types,symptoms and course of diseases,so as to promote the rehabilitation of diseases.TCM syndrome differentiation nursing is a nursing method based on the theory of clinical TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,fully considering the individual differences of patients,with the advantages of humanization and pertinence.The nursing intervention has significant effect and high application value.This paper reviews the application of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,in order to provide help for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
