摘要
技术创新系统构建是制造业实现转型发展的重要动力。本文利用社会网络分析法,利用投入产出表部门分类数据,对制造业部门间的创新关联关系网络特征进行研究,从而精准识别各部门的角色地位。结果表明:该网络具有低密度、高传输效率、等级森严等特征。石油加工炼焦及核燃料加工业、交通运输设备制造业和计算机通信电子设备制造业位于网络中心,其余部门位于边缘位置;创新活动溢出部门集中于石油炼焦及核燃料加工、化学工业、交通运输设备制造和计算机通信电子设备部门,接收部门则比较分散。27个制造部门划分为双向溢出者、净受益者、净溢出者和经纪人角色四个小群体。基于此,应增强溢出部门的创新发展动力功能,拓宽创新传导通道建设,将更多高质量创新成果辐射到下游部门,以达到提升综合创新能力的协同发展目标。
Constructing technological innovation system is the important force for manufacturing industry to realize its transformation development.With sectorial data of input-output table,social network analysis method is applied to analyze innovation correlation network characters among manufacturing sectors to explore out their roles accurately.Results are as follows.It is of this type of network with low density,high transmitting efficiency and strict hierarchy properties.Three sectors lie in the center of this innovation network and they are processing of petroleum,coking and processing of nuclear fuel,transport equipment manufacture and electronic equipment manufacture.Other manufacturing sectors are at the edge of this network.The innovation spillover sectors focus on these sectors as nuclear fuel processing of petroleum,coking and processing,chemical sector,transport equipment manufacture sector and electronic equipment manufacture sectors while inflow sectors are disperse.The 27 sectors are classified into four types of small cluster roles and they are bilateral spillovers,net beneficiary,net spillovers and brokers.Therefore,boosting engine roles of innovation spillover sectors and broadening transmitting channels construction should speed up higher-quality innovation fruits flowing from upstream sector to downstream sector in order to increase comprehensive innovation ability from this coordination development.
