摘要
利用调查研究、统计分析等方法,对宁夏高校图书馆微信公众号的开通运营情况以及微信服务的特点进行调研分析。研究发现微信公众号存在开通晚、关注度低、图文发布频率偏低、微信平台运营管理不规范等问题,微信服务具有鲜明的地域特点。因而建设性地提出宁夏高校图书馆微信公众号的运营提升策略,如:规范微信平台管理、加强制度建设;打造本馆微信服务特色栏目;传播本校特色资源及宁夏地方特色文化资源;优化微信平台功能,嵌入电子资源和学科服务项目;全方位推广微信公众号等。为宁夏高校图书馆微信公众平台建设、微信服务水平提升提供有益参考。
This article adopted the survey research method and statistical analysis method to analyze the Tencent WeChat official account of University Library in Ningxia.The opening time,functions,content,publishing frequency,readers’interaction willingness,conversion rate of graphics and texts analysis and so forth are considered and compared.The study found that the WeChat official account of university library in Ningxia had some problems such as late opening,low attention,low frequency of publishing pictures and texts,and non-standard operation and management.Therefore,the promotion strategy for the university library’s WeChat official account on resources and services was proposed,such as standardizing the platform management,strengthening system construction,giving full play to the WeChat platform’s functional advantages,promoting the multiple channels,all-round and coordinated operations,improving the quality and characteristics of graphic content from multiple perspectives,increasing publicity for local culture,introducing electronic resources,strengthening communication with readers and improving the conversion rate of graphics and text,and soon.This paper provides a useful reference for the construction of the WeChat public platform and the improvement of the WeChat service by university libraries in Ningxia.
