2-甲基-3-丁烯腈异构化催化剂研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 己二腈是一种重要的基础有机化工原料,长期以来国内的己二腈合成技术受发达国家的技术垄断限制,几乎完全依赖进口,极大阻碍了国内尼龙66产业的发展。丁二烯氢氰化法是目前世界上最主要的己二腈生产工艺,其中2-甲基-3-丁烯腈异构化反应直接影响整个过程的经济性。本综述总结了2-甲基-3-丁烯腈异构化配体及催化剂的研究进展,并对催化机理、反应工艺及路易斯酸的影响进行了介绍。文末对目前催化剂存在的问题进行了阐述,并指出了未来可能的研究思路及挑战,希望能给国内己二腈合成产业中催化剂的技术发展提供思路。 Adiponitrile is an important basic organic chemical raw material.For a long time,the domestic adiponitrile synthesis technology has been restricted by the technological monopoly of developed countries and almost completely relied on imports,which greatly hindered the development of the domestic nylon 66 industry.The butadiene hydrocyanation process is currently the most important adiponitrile production process in the world,and the isomerization reaction of 2-methyl-3 butenenitrile directly affects the economics of the entire process.This review summarizes the research progress of 2-methyl-3 butenenitrile isomerization ligands and catalysts,and introduces the catalytic mechanism,reaction technology and the influence of Lewis acid.At the end of the article,the current problems of catalysts are explained,and possible future research ideas and challenges are pointed out,hoping to provide ideas for the technical development of catalysts in the domestic adiponitrile synthesis industry.
