论在采掘机械设计中转变设计理念的重要意义

我国采掘机械制造企业有巨大的生产能力,在加入WTO之后,为了能在国际经济一体化进程中不断强化竞争能力,关键在于设计,必须转变设计理念,彻底摆脱“等任务上门”的计划经济体制下的生产经营模式,在国内外大市场寻求“救世主”。为此,必须一改过去那种“以不变应万变”的陈旧的设计思想,采用国际通用的为用户“量体裁衣”的设计原则。在设计中要改变“从电动机到工作机构”那种按电动机功率验算机械强度的验算式设计方法,而要采用“从截齿到电动机”设计方法和其他基于计算机支持的现代设计方法,这是振兴我国煤机制造业的关键。

Shearer and tunneling machine enterprises in China have enormous production capacity. After the China’s entry into WTO, in order to strengthen their constantly competitive power in the process of economic integration, the enterprises must change their design method, and seek for “the savior” in domestic and foreign markets. Thus the enterprises must throw off the old design thinking and adopt the international general-purpose design principle of “acting according to actual circumstances” for customers. In the design, the enterprises should transform checking design method, which checks mechanical strength according to electric motor power from motor to working mechanisms, into the design method from pick to electric motor and those based on computer supporting. It’s the key to developing the coal-mining machine industry in China.
