摘要
本文以仙游抽水蓄能机组推力轴承为研究对象,深入分析了仙游推力瓦磨损拉伤的深层次原因和处理方法。研究结果表明局部不能形成足够厚度的油膜是推力瓦磨损的直接原因。轴承碰磨的根本原因是空气被推力外循环吸油环管吸入并混入透平油中形成油气混合物,并进入推力高压注油泵。由于高压油泵采用齿轮泵,油气混合物导致高压油泵运行压力波动过大、油管流量不稳定性增加,使推力瓦局部不能形成足够厚度的油膜,在低转速下造成推力瓦表面磨损拉伤。
In this paper,the thrust bearing of Xianyou pumped storage unit is taken as the research object,and the causes and treatment methods of Xianyou thrust pad wear are deeply analyzed.The results show that the direct reason for the wear of the thrust pad is that the oil film of sufficient thickness cannot be formed locally.The primary cause of bearing rubbing is that air is sucked into the thrust external circulation oil suction ring pipe and mixed into the turbine oil to form an oil-gas mixture,which enters the thrust high-pressure oil injection pump.As the gear pump is used for the high-pressure oil pump,the oil gas mixture causes excessive pressure fluctuation of the high-pressure oil pump and increased instability of the oil pipe flow,so that the oil film of sufficient thickness cannot be formed locally on the thrust pad,causing wear on the surface of the thrust pad at low speed.
