产学研联盟服务战略性新兴产业的路径选择——以L省功能材料产业校企联盟为例

The Pathways for the Industry-University-Research Alliance to Serve Strategic Emerging Industries:A Case of the School-enterprise Alliance of Functional Material Industry in L Province

产学研联盟是研发关键核心技术和提高创新链整体效能的重要载体,对于引导创新要素向企业集聚、提高集成创新能力和成果转化应用效率具有重要意义。L省产学研联盟经过5年的发展已进入了特色发展期,正在为全省区域经济社会发展贡献力量。但目前,部分产学研联盟建设存在内部机制建设不够完善、联盟内供需两侧脱节、联盟内产教融合良性发展的格局缺失等现实困境。本文以L省产学研联盟服务战略性新兴产业为切入点,结合对L省功能材料产业校企联盟的案例研究,探讨产学研联盟服务战略性新兴产业的现实路径。

The industry-university-research alliance is an important carrier for R&D of key core technologies and improvement of the overall efficiency of innovation chain,and It is of great significance for guiding the agglomeration of innovation factors to enterprises,improving the integrated innovation ability and the efficiency of achievement transformation and application.After five years of development,the industry-University-research Alliance of L Province has entered a period of characteristic development and is contributing to the economic and social development of the whole province.But at present,some alliances are facing some realistic difficulties,such as incomplete internal mechanism construction,disconnection between supply and demand within the alliance and lack of a healthy development pattern of the integration of industry and education.In this paper,the industry-university-research alliance serving strategic emerging industries in L province is taken as the entry point,and combined with the case study of the school-enterprise alliance of functional materials industry in L province,the realistic path of the industry-university-research alliance serving strategic emerging industries is discussed.
