摘要
预聘制与教师分级分类聘用是中国高校聘任制的两种形式,青年教师在两种聘任制度下的学术生产力是本研究关注的焦点。本研究选取一所高校的青年教师,对“预聘期”和非“预聘期”进行比较研究,结果显示:“预聘期”青年教师的科研生产力高于非“预聘期”的青年教师,教学生产力低于非“预聘期”的青年教师。学校对预聘期教师采取综合考核方式,能够实现教学与科研共生且共升。中国高校应破除单一量化科研考核任务设置,对教师采取“教学+科研+育人+服务”综合考核方式。
the pre-employment system and the classified employment of teachers are two forms of the appointment system in Chinese colleges and universities.The academic productivity of young teachers under the two appointment systems is the focus of this study.All young teachers in a university are selected to make a comparative study by distinguishing between the“pre-employment period”and non“pre-employment period”.The results show that the scientific research productivity of young teachers in“pre-employment period”is higher than that of young teachers in non“pre-employment period”,but the teaching productivity is lower than that of young teachers in non“pre-employment period”.As the University adopts a comprehensive assessment method for new teachers,the increase of scientific research productivity of young teachers will improve their teaching productivity and realize the symbiosis and co promotion of teaching and scientific research.Chinese colleges and universities should get rid of the single quantitative scientific research assessment task setting and adopt the comprehensive assessment method of“teaching+scientific research+education+service”for teachers.
