大学生“概论”课学习的动力困境及其破解

College Students’Dynamic Dilemma and its Solution in Learning“An Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”

摘要 大学生“概论”课学习动力不足的主要表现是:学习目标平庸化、学习过程浮躁化、学习结果空心化。“概论”课教材缺乏趣味性、可读性与吸引力,“概论”课教师发挥主导作用的成效不理想,大学生“概论”课学习的主体作用发挥不充分,学校管理层对“概论”课教学秩序的管理存在“宽松软”现象,是大学生“概论”课学习动力不足的主要原因。鉴于此,要增强“概论”课教材的趣味性、可读性与吸引力,增强“概论”课教师的主导意识、主导动力、主导本领与主导魅力,增强大学生“概论”课学习的主体意识与主体能力,完善“概论”课教学秩序管理的制度与机制。 In“An Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”,college students are short of learning motivation,which mainly manifested as mediocre learning goals,impetuous learning process and hollow learning result.The main reasons for this phenomenon are summarized as follows:the textbook of this course lacks savor,readability and attraction,the teachers of this course have not effectively played a leading role,the students of this course have not given full play to the role of the main body,the school management s supervision of this course s teaching order is tolerant and soft to a certain degree.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the interest,readability and attraction of the textbook of“An Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”,enhance the leading consciousness,leading power,leading ability and leading charm of the“An Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”teacher,enhance the subject consciousness and subject ability of the course learning of“An Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”,and improve the system and mechanism of the teaching order management of the course of“An Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”.
