摘要
未成年人思想道德建设水平关乎国家人才培养成效和民族未来。影响未成年人成长的环境因素主要有家庭教育、学校教育和社会环境。目前,不利于未成年人成长的环境因素主要是家庭教育与学校教育的理念、方式,以及社会环境与未成年人思想道德建设目标不相适应,家庭、学校和社会三方面的教育相互脱节。在家庭教育方面,家长应从优化教育理念和方式着手解决问题;在学校教育方面,通过减轻中小学生课业负担、充分发挥“五老”教育队伍的优势、大力开展军警校共建等方式提升未成年人思想道德建设的实效性;在社会环境方面,唤起全社会加强和改进未成年人思想建设的责任感,争取多方支持,拓宽未成年人思想道德建设渠道。三方合力的形成,将为未成年人思想道德建设创造良好的环境,为落实《新时代公民道德建设实施纲要》打下坚实基础。
The ideological and moral construction of minors is related to the cultivation of national talents and the future of the nation.The environmental factors affecting the growth of minors mainly include family education,school education and social environment.At present,the unfavorable environmental factors for the growth of minors mainly include the incompatibility between family education and the ideological and moral construction of minors,the incompatibility between school education and the ideological and moral construction of minors,the incompatibility between social environment and the ideological and moral construction of minors,and the serious disconnection between family,school and society.In terms of family education,parents should start with optimizing educational ideas and methods to solve problems;in terms of school education,forming composition forces with the excellent performance,reducing the academic burden of primary and secondary school students,taking full advantage of the‘five old’education team,energetically carring out joint administration among the military,police and schools,may be helpful to optimize the initiatives of minors’the ideological and moral construction;in terms of social environment,we should arouse the sense of responsibility of the whole society to strengthen and improve the ideological construction of minors,strive for multi-party support,broaden the channels for ideological and moral construction of minors,and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and moral construction.
