动态遥感监测在补充耕地项目中的应用研究

摘要 本研究通过高分辨率遥感卫星来获取影像,并对遥感影像进行预处理。基于地面目标地物在遥感影像中不同的色、形、位差异构成的可供识别的目标地物特征,遥感影像与补充耕地项目坐标进行套合分析。通过总结违规占用耕地在遥感影像中的色调、颜色和纹理特征,同时进行野外验证,建立补充耕地项目建设占用、绿化造林、坑塘和撂荒的遥感解译标志。根据建立的遥感解译标志,本研究对违规占用耕地疑似图斑进行提取,并下发至市县自然资源管理部门。自然资源部门对疑似图斑进行核实整改,从而形成违规占用耕地图斑遥感监测数据库和报告。本研究通过建立补充耕地项目遥感监测技术路线,从而实现使用遥感技术来监测补充耕地项目动态变化情况的目标,为补充耕地项目监测监管和粮食安全提供保障。 In this study,high-resolution remote sensing satellites to obtain images,and remote sensing image preprocessing.Based on the characteristics of the target surface features that can be identified by the difference of different colors,shapes and positions in the remote sensing image,the remote sensing image is combined with the coordinates of the supplementary cultivated land project.By summarizing the hue,color and texture features of illegal occupation of cultivated land in remote sensing images,and conducting field verification,the remote sensing interpretation signs of construction occupation,afforestation,pond and abandonment of supplementary cultivated land projects were established.According to the established remote sensing interpretation signs,this study extracted suspected patch of illegal occupation of arable land,and distributed to the city and county natural resources management department.The natural resources department verified and rectified the suspected patches,thus forming a remote sensing monitoring database and report of illegal occupation of cultivated land patches.In this study,the remote sensing monitoring technology route of supplementary cultivated land project was established,so as to realize the goal of using remote sensing technology to monitor the dynamic changes of supplementary cultivated land project,and provide guarantee for monitoring and supervision of supplementary cultivated land project and food security.
