517晶种在高温下对碱式硫酸镁水泥性能影响研究

摘要 为研究养护条件对新型碱式硫酸镁水泥性能的影响,分别测定养护温度为80℃带模和直接养护两种情况下的抗压、抗折强度,并运用X射线衍射对水化产物物相组成进行深度分析。结果表明:80-W的早期强度比80-W-J的早期强度高,80-D试件整体强度比80-D-J试件的强度高,添加517晶种对早期强度有很大的影响,但在高温下影响不大;预养1 d后,无论是添加517晶种还是水化产生的517相微观形貌均为针状结构,在进行高温养护下,针状晶须的517会失水变为片状513,水化产物发生改变。 In order to study the effect of curing conditions on the properties of the new basic magnesium sulfate cement,the compressive and flexural strengths under the curing temperature of 80 ℃ with mold and under direct curing were measured respectively,and X-ray diffraction was used to determine the phase of hydration products.composition for in-depth analysis.The results show that the early strength of 80-W is higher than that of 80-W-J,the overall strength of 80-D specimen is higher than that of 80-D-J specimen,and the addition of 517 seeds has a great influence on the early strength,but in High temperature has little effect;after pre-curing for 1 day,the microscopic morphology of 517 phase produced by adding 517 seeds or hydration is all needle-like structure.Under high temperature curing,the 517 of needle-like whiskers will lose water and become Flakes 513,hydration products changed.
