质量控制在病案管理工作中的应用效果探析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Quality Control in Medical Record Management

目的 探析质量控制措施应用于病案管理中的运用价值。方法 以时间顺序为原则,选择 2020 年 11 月 3 日—2021 年 11 月3 日漳州市医院收集的 320 份病案,其中 160 份病案作为常规组施行常规化管理,160 份病案记作观察组施行质量控制措施,分析评估两组应用效果。结果 采用质量控制措施后,观察组缺陷率 2.50%(4/160)显著比常规组 13.75%(22/160)优,组间数值对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.564,P=0.000);同时观察组医疗纠纷率 0.63%(1/160)与病案缺页比例 1.88%(3/160)明显低于常规组,且病案首页填写合格率 96.88%(155/160)显著高于常规组,组间数值对比差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 应用质量控制措施,既能提升管理质量,同时还能降低工作失误率,应用效果和价值确切。

Objective To explore the application value of quality control measures in medical record management.Methods A total of 320 medical records were collected from Zhangzhou Hospital from November 3,2020 to November 3,2021based on the principle of time sequence.Among them,160medical records were used as the routine group for routine management,and 160 medical records were used as the observation group for quality control measures.The application effects of the two groups were analyzed and evaluated.Results After using quality control measures,the defect rate of the observation group was 2.50%(4/160),which was significantly better than 13.75%(22/160) of the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=13.564,P=0.000).At the same time,the rate of medical dispute in the observation group was 0.63%(1/160) and the proportion of missing pages in medical records was 1.88%(3/160),which were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the qualified rate of filling in the first page of medical records was 96.88%(155/160),which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control measures can not only improve the quality of management,but also reduce the error rate of work.The application effect and value are exact.
