摘要
目的 整合以及完善并优化自动化设备和软件功能,优化并完善工作流程,探究智能自动化在降低静脉用药调配中心用药风险中的作用。方法 将2019年1月—2020年12月规划为总体研究时段,并就该时段中,加强对静脉用药调配中心中的工作风险点的评估,通过分析现有操作系统的功能性问题以及不足,开展软件功能升级和自动化设备运用等措施,结合数据系统评估改进后的应用效果。最终比对评估智能自动化启用前(2019年1—12月)与启用后(2020年1—12月)的工作效率和工作效果。结果 智能自动化启用后取药工作人员(8.00±1.00)人、取药次数(1.00±0.00)次、取药时间(0.65±0.25)h及拆包时间(41.15±5.35)min 4项指标均低于启用前[(17.00±2.00)人;(26.50±3.25)次;(3.35±1.55)h;(153.45±10.75)min],差异有统计学意义(t=18.000、35.089、7.691、41.825,P <0.001);且启用后药品破损[(0.12±0.08)、(0.31±0.15)、(0.21±0.10)件/月]与差错[(0.56±0.20)、(0.15±0.05)、(0.66±0.19)件/月]数量均低于启用前[(3.32±1.14)、(2.67±1.14)、(2.31±0.59)、(4.01±1.11)、(2.11±1.09)、(3.35±0.56)件/月],差异有统计学意义(t=12.523、9.179、15.694、13.680、8.033、15.883,P <0.001)。结论 在静脉用药调配中心中开展智能自动化设备应用,能通过软件的升级和运用,实现药品管理、批次分配和审核医嘱等功能,显著提升了存取效率,巩固了药品管理安全,确保了用药安全性。
Objective To integrate,improve and optimize the functions of automation equipment and software,optimize and perfect the work process,and explore the role of intelligent automation in reducing the risk of intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods In January 2019-December 2020,planning for the overall research period and the period of time,strengthened the work of intravenous drug use control center point of risk assessment,by analyzing the existing functionality of the operating system problems and deficiencies,to develop the function of the software upgrade and automation equipment using measures such as,combined with the data and application effect of the improved system evaluation.Finally,the work efciency and effect of intelligent automation before(January-December 2019) and after(January-December 2020) were compared and evaluated.Results After the intelligent automation was started,the number of drug taking staff(8.00±1.00),the number of drug taking times(1.00±0.00),the time of drug taking(0.65±0.25) h and the time of unpacking(41.15±5.35) min were lower than those before the intelligent automation was started [(17.00±2.00) people;(26.50±3.25) times;(3.35±1.55) h;(153.45±10.75) min],the differences were statistically significant(t=18.000,35.089,7.691,41.825,P < 0.001).The number of drug breakage [(0.12±0.08),(0.31±0.15),(0.21±0.10) pieces/month] and errors [(0.56±0.20),(0.15±0.05),(0.66±0.19) pieces/month] were lower than those before the use [(3.32±1.14),(2.67±1.14),(2.31±0.59),(4.01±1.11),(2.11±1.09),(3.35±0.56) cases/month].The differences were statistically significant(t=12.523,9.179,15.694,13.680,8.033,15.883,P < 0.001).Conclusion The application of intelligent automation equipment in intravenous drug dispensing center can realize the functions of drug management,batch distribution and medical order review through software upgrade and application,significantly improve the access efciency,consolidate the safety of drug management,and ensure the safety of medication.
