摘要
目的 文章主要探讨活血化瘀药物离子导入治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床效果。方法 从河北北方学院附属第二医院就诊的所有视网膜静脉阻塞患者中筛选符合本次研究标准的视网膜静脉阻塞患者70例,就诊时间为2020年5月—2021年5月,分成两组,将本研究纳入的35例患者入组至对照组,治疗方案采取西药治疗,再将本研究纳入的另35例患者入组至观察组,治疗方案采取活血化瘀药物离子导入治疗。对两组患者的临床有效率、血流动力学变化情况、治疗后视力恢复情况、不良事件发生情况及满意度等进行评比。结果 对两组临床总有效率进行评比后,观察组(97.14%)高于对照组(77.14%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。治疗前两组患者的收缩期峰值流速(peak systolic velocity,PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(end diastolic velocity,EDV)、阻力指数(resistance index,RI)、搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组治疗后PSV和EDV均比治疗前有所提高,但观察组PSV和EDV均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.563、13.308,P=0.000、0.000);两组患者的RI、PI均比治疗前有所降低,但观察组更低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.407、19.251,P=0.000、0.000)。观察组治疗1周后、1个月后和3个月后的视力指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.282、3.550、2.063,P=0.002、0.001、0.043)。观察组未发生不良事件,对照组有6例球结膜下出血(17.14%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。对两组患者的护理满意度评比后,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 活血化瘀药物离子导入治疗视网膜静脉阻塞具有较高的辅助治疗效果,可改善患者的血流动力学,促进患者视力恢复,不良事件少,指导临床应用。
Objective This article mainly discusses the clinical effect of iontophoresis of drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion.Methods A total of 70 patients with retinal vein occlusion who met the criteria of this study were selected from all the patients with retinal vein occlusion in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University.The visit time was from May 2020 to May 2021.They were divided into two groups.35 patients included in this study were included in the control group,and the treatment scheme was Western medicine.Then another 35 patients included in this study were included in the observation group.The treatment plan was to adopt the treatment of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drug iontophoresis.The clinical efficiency,hemodynamic changes,vision recovery after treatment,adverse events and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results After evaluating the total clinical effective rate of the two groups,97.14% of the observation group was higher than 77.14% of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.028).There was no significant difference in peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV),resistance index(RI),and pulsatility index(PI) between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).After treatment,the PSV and EDV of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,but the PSV and EDV of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.563,13.308,P=0.000,0.000).The RI and PI of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.407,19.251,P=0.000,0.000).The visual acuity index of the observation group after 1 week,1month and 3 months of treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.282,3.550,2.063,P =0.002,0.001,0.043).There were no adverse events in the observation group,while there were 6 cases of subbulbar conjunctival hemorrhage(17.14%) in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.025).After evaluating the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Iontophoresis of blood-activating and blood-stasis drugs in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion has a high adjuvant therapeutic effect,which can improve the hemodynamics of patients,promote the recovery of visual acuity,less adverse events,and guide clinical application.
