降低手术室非计价手术医用耗材的现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Reducing Non-priced Surgical Medical Consumables in Operating Room

随着现代医学模式的进步和手术室整体护理模式的发展,医疗耗材在改善医疗服务质量中的作用变得更加突出。综合近些年相关文献中的研究数据发现,医用耗材的成本逐渐成为继人力成本及药品成本后的医疗业务成本之一,而且目前关于手术室医用耗材的研究大多数集中在可计价耗材和高值耗材上,对非计价手术医用耗材的相关研究较少。基于此,本文阐述了手术室非计价手术医用耗材的概念、手术室非计价手术医用耗材的使用现状及降低手术室非计价手术医用耗材消耗的意义,指出成立手术室非计价手术医用耗材管理团队、明确手术室内库房的储存量、建立各科各类手术标准化等相关建设性意见,期望对降低手术室非计价手术医用耗材有所帮助。

With the progress of modern medical mode and the development of the overall nursing mode in the operating room,the role of medical consumables in improving the quality of medical service has become more prominent.Comprehensive research data in the relevant literature in recent years found that the cost of medical consumables gradually become one of the medical business costs next to labor cost and drug cost,and most about the operating room medical consumables research focused on priced consumables and high value consumables,the non-priced surgical medical consumables research is less.Based on this,this paper expounds the concept of operating room non-priced surgical consumables,the use of the operating room non-priced surgical consumables consumption,points out that the operating room non-priced surgical consumables management team,clear operating room warehouse storage,establish all kinds of surgery standardization and related constructive opinions,expected to reduce the operating room non-priced surgical consumables.
