心脏超声在慢性心力衰竭诊断及心脏功能评价中的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨对慢性心力衰竭(以下简称慢性心衰)患者采取心脏超声的诊断效果。方法 将2020年3月—2022年2月漳州正兴医院接收的60例慢性心衰患者作为试验组,将同时期到漳州正兴医院进行健康体检的60名健康人员作为对照组,对所有的研究对象均实施心脏超声检查,观察其左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数、左房内径、血清N末端B型脑钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)水平、6 min步行试验结果。结果 与对照组相比,试验组的左心室舒张末期内径、左房内径、左心室收缩末期内径明显较大,左室射血分数明显较低,NT-proBNP水平明显较高,6 min步行距离明显较短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对慢性心力衰竭患者采取心脏超声的诊断具有较高的价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of cardiac ultrasound in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the experimental group,the same period to Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital health examination of 60 healthy people as the control group,for all the subjects of cardiac ultrasound,observe the left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,left atrial diameter,serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) level,6 min walking experiment results.Results Compared with the control group,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left atrial diameter,and left ventricular end-systolic diameter of the experimental group were significantly larger,the left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly lower,the NT-proBNP level was significantly higher,and the 6 min walking distance was significantly shorter,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion It has a high value to diagnose cardiac ultrasound in patients with chronic heart failure.
