十一味参芪片联合深部热疗改善癌性疲劳的临床研究

Clinical Study of Eleven Flavors of Shenqi Tablets Combined With Deep Hyperthermia in Improving Cancer Fatigue

目的 目前肿瘤患者普遍存在的症状是癌性疲劳。因此,文章探讨我国传统中药十一味参芪片联合深部热疗在癌性疲劳患者的治疗效果。方法 选取2016年6月—2019年6月福建医科大学附属南平第一医院晚期恶性肿瘤伴癌性疲劳患者379例。随机分为十一味参芪片单药治疗组95例,深部热疗组92例,十一味参芪片联合深部热疗组96例,对照组96例。分别对四组患者采用多维疲乏症状量表-简表(multidimensional fatigue symptom inventory-short form,MFSI-SF)在治疗前进行评分、同时对治疗后1周及2周进行跟踪评分。结果 十一味参芪片联合深部热疗组治疗1周后MFSISF评分显著低于对照组、十一味参芪片组、深部热疗组;十一味参芪片联合深部热疗组治疗2周后MFSI-SF评分显著低于对照组、十一味参芪片组、深部热疗组。十一味参芪片联合深部热疗组患者治疗2周后疲乏评分显著低于该组治疗1周后评分,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 我国传统中药十一味参芪片联合深部热疗可显著改善癌性疲劳,可在临床上推广使用。

Objective At present,a common symptom in cancer patients is cancer fatigue.Therefore,this article is to discuss the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine eleven flavors of Shenqi tablets combined with deep hyperthermia in patients with cancer fatigue.Methods A total of 379 patients with advanced malignant tumor and cancer fatigue from June 2016 to June 2019 in Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were selected.They were randomly divided into eleven flavors of Shenqi tablets monotherapy group of 95 patients,deep hyperthermia group with 92 patients,eleven flavors of Shenqi tablets combined with deep hyperthermia group of group of 96 patients,and control group of 96patients.Four groups of patients were scored by the multidimensional fatigue symptom inventory-short form(MFSI-SF) before treatment,and at the same time,the follow-up score was performed 1 week and 2weeks after treatment.Results After one week of treatment,the MFSISF scores of the eleven flavors of Shenqi tablets combined with deep thermal therapy group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the eleven flavors of Shenqi tablets group,and the deep thermal therapy group.After one week of treatment,the MFSI-SF scores of the eleven flavors of Shenqi tablets combined with deep thermal therapy group were significantly lower than those of the control group.After two weeks of treatment,the MFSI-SF scores of the eleven flavors of Shenqi tablets combined with deep thermal therapy group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the eleven flavors of Shenqi tablets group,and the deep thermal therapy group after two weeks of treatment.The fatigue score of the patients in the eleven flavors of Shenqi tablets combined with deep thermal therapy group after two weeks of treatment was significantly lower than that of the group after one week of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine eleven flavors of Shenqi tablets combined with deep hyperthermia can significantly improve cancerous fatigue and can be promoted and applied clinically.
