全员参与院感防控模式应用于医院感染管理的价值分析

Value Analysis of Hospital Infection Prevention and Control Model With Full Participation of Medical Staff in Hospital Infection Management

目的 讨论研究全员参与院感防控模式在医院感染管理中的应用效果与价值。方法 2018年1月—2020年12月聊城市东昌府人民医院实施医护全员参与院感防控模式进行医院感染管理工作,内容包括建立组织管理结构、明确各岗位人员职责、组建人才管理团队及院感知识宣传培训教育等。选择100名医务人员,比较实施前后医护人员院感风险管理能力评分;选择2018年1月—2020年12月各科室接受治疗患者共1 000例与2015年1月—2017年12月同水平患者1 000例,比较实施前后患者护理满意程度及院感发生率。结果 干预后风险管理能力评分除风险管理与预防积极性外,其他各项均显著高于干预前,院感防控管理效果除手卫生执行、消毒隔离处置节及职业暴露后处置外其他均显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预后院感发生率0.3%低于干预前0.8%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);患者满意度98.1%显著高于干预前94.2%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 应用医护全员参与院感防控模式对降低院感发生概率,确保患者治疗安全发挥着积极促进作用,也是医疗质量保障的基础条件;同时对提升医护人员综合素质及工作效率、提高患者医疗护理服务满意程度也发挥着积极作用。

Objective To discuss and study the application effect and value of nosocomial infection prevention and control mode with full participation of medical staff in nosocomial infection management.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,the hospital implemented the mode of nosocomial infection prevention and control with the participation of all medical staff,including the establishment of organizational management structure,the definition of responsibilities of staff in each position,the establishment of talent management team,and the publicity and training of nosocomial infection knowledge.A total of 100 medical staff were selected to compare the score of hospital risk management ability before and after implementation.A total of 1 000 patients receiving treatment in various departments from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and compared with 1 000 patients from January 2015 to December 2017 before and after the implementation of nursing satisfaction and incidence of hospital sickness.Results The risk management ability scores after intervention were significantly higher except for the risk management and positivity of prevention,and the effects of nosocomial infection prevention were also significantly higher than that before implementation which were statistically significant(P 0.05),patient satisfaction(98.1%) was significantly higher after intervention(94.2%),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of the prevention and control mode of no socomial infection with the participation of all medical staff plays a positive role in reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection and ensuring the safety of patients’ treatment,which is also the basic condition of medical quality assurance.At the same time,it also plays a positive role in improving the comprehensive quality and work efficiency of medical staff and the satisfaction of patients’ medical care service.
