摘要
目的:研究巴戟天地上部分的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱、ODS、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶、半制备HPLC等方法对巴戟天地上部分95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并利用理化性质和各种波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从巴戟天地上部分中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabino-pyranoside(1)、kaempferol-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、corchoionoside C(3)、ethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucoside(5)、L-uridine(6)、2,4-di-tert-butylpenol(7)、octadecyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy)phenylpropanoate(8)、α-生育酚醌(9)、叶黄素(10)、麦角甾酮(11)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)、熊果酸(14)。结论:其中,化合物1~12为首次从巴戟天属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Morinda officinalis.Methods: The 95% ethanol extract from the aerial parts of Morinda officinalis was isolated and purified by silica gel column, ODS column, Sephadex LH-20 column, semi-preparative HPLC and other methods.Their structures were identified through physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis.Results: Fourteen compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Morinda officinalis and identified as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabino-pyranoside(1),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),corchoionoside C(3),ethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucoside(5),L-uridine(6),2,4-di-tert-butylpenol(7),octadecyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy)phenylpropanoate(8),α-tocopherol-quinone(9),lutein(10),ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(11),dendrosteroids-4-ene-3-ketone(12),β-sitosterol(13),ursolic acid(14),respectively.Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 to 12 are isolated from Morinda genus for the first time.
