摘要
通过对某流域3个梯级水电站水风光互补进行计算,得到风电、光伏装机规模方案1~5的弃风光率均满足小于5%的要求。再通过总费用现值比选,最终得到方案3最优。
By calculating the water-solar complementarity of 3 cascade hydropower stations in a certain basin,it is obtained that the abandoned wind-solar rates of wind power and photovoltaic installed scale schemes 1~5 all meet the requirement of less than 5%.Then,through the comparison and selection of the present value of the total cost,the three optimal schemes are finally obtained.
