摘要
为了提升双有源桥(DAB)变换器在扩展移相调制下的效率,建立了双有源桥变换器的数学模型,并对其零电压开关和电流应力进行了分析,给出了一种减小电流应力并拓宽零电压开关范围的优化EPS调制方法。最后搭建了仿真模型和实验样机,与基于单移相调制的DAB进行了比较,验证了所提方法的合理性。
In order to improve the efficiency of dual active bridge(DAB)converters with extended phase shift,a mathematical model of DAB converter with extended phase shift modulation is developed.The zero voltage switching(ZVS)range and current stress are analyzed to give an optimized EPS modulation method to reduce the current stress and widen the ZVS range.Finally,the simulation model and an experimental prototype are built,and compared with the conventional single phase shift modulation to verify the rationality of proposed method.
