摘要
对架空输电线路基础腐蚀机理进行了论述,分析了硫酸盐侵蚀、碱骨料反应和氯离子侵蚀的原理。同时,基于规程规范的基本要求,参考腐蚀性地区工程经验,针对性提出改善混凝土质量、掺外加剂、增加外防护层、采用抗硫酸盐水泥等防腐措施。最后,结合具体防腐措施给出腐蚀性地区架空输电线路基础选型建议。
In this paper,the corrosion mechanism of the overhead transmission lines foundation is discussed in detail,and the principles of sulfate erosion,alkali aggregate reaction and chloride ion erosion are analyzed emphatically.At the same time,based on the basic requirements of the codes and specifications,referring to the engineering experience in corrosive areas,the anticorrosion measures such as improving the quality of concrete,adding additives,adding outer protective layer,and adopting sulfate resistant cement are proposed.Finally,some suggestions for foundation selection of overhead transmission lines in corrosive areas are given.
