摘要 随着城市化建设不断地发展,城市内电力工程的架空走廊越来越少,取而代之的是越来越多的电缆隧道。某地区电缆新建长度以每年6%左右的速度持续增长,其中220 kV电缆基本以电缆沟、隧道或顶管作为外部保护方式。在运维过程中发现隧道变形缝渗水,排水管被泥沙堵住,灯具因湿气严重而无法正常照明,排风不畅,严重的甚至有主体结构永久性破坏、电缆常年泡在水中等问题,影响电缆运行安全。为此分析了混凝土裂缝渗水问题产生的原因,提出了控制对策,以供后续工程参考。 With the continuous development of urbanization,there are fewer and fewer overhead corridors in urban power projects,and more and more cable tunnels are replaced.The newly-built length of cables in a certain area continues to grow at a rate of about 6%per year,and the 220 kV cables are basically protected by cable trench,tunnel or pipe jacking.During the operation and maintenance process,it was found that the deformation joint of the tunnel was saturated with water,the drainage pipe was blocked by sediment,and the lamps and lanterns could not be lit normally due to severe moisture.At the same time,the ventilation is not smooth,and even the main structure is permanently damaged,and the cable is immersed in water all the year round,which affects the cable operation safety.In this paper,the causes of water seepage in concrete cracks are discussed,and the control measures are put forward for reference in subsequent projects.
