钻埋式预制管桩基础灌浆浆液配比研究

摘要 依据规范要求对不同水灰比的水泥浆进行浆液流动度试验,确定灌浆材料的合理水灰比;通过浆液配比正交试验初步确定水泥浆浆液配比;通过强度和膨胀率试验验证配比浆液的灌浆质量。结果表明:水灰比为0.55时,水泥浆流动性好、灌浆质量高;掺入适量的膨胀剂能增加管桩与灌浆层之间的粘结力,提高桩基承载力。建议灌浆用水泥浆配比为水∶水泥∶膨胀剂∶减水剂=0.55∶1.0∶0.12∶0.01。 According to the requirements of the specification,the slurry fluidity test shall be carried out for cement pastes with different water cement ratios to determine the reasonable water cement ratio of grouting materials.The proportion of cement slurry is preliminarily determined through orthogonal test of slurry proportion.The grouting quality of the proportioned grout is verified by strength and expansion rate tests.The results show that when the water cement ratio is 0.55,the cement slurry has good fluidity and high grouting quality.Adding an appropriate amount of expansion agent can increase the adhesive force between the pipe pile and the grouting layer and improve the bearing capacity of the pile foundation.It is suggested that the ratio of water∶cement∶expansive agent∶water reducer=0.55∶1.0∶0.12∶0.01.
