The transformer phase separation current differential protection can reflect all kinds of faults within the range of high and medium voltage side leads and windings on each side,and has the characteristics of no phase conversion and high sensitivity.The situation that the main transformer protection does not act correctly when a fault outside the main transformer protection zone is caused by a faulty input of phase differential protection is analyzed,corresponding suggestions are put forward.
