秦山第二核电厂逆变器无记录切旁路的原因分析与处理

摘要 逆变器是核电厂不间断电源系统的重要组成部分之一,一旦逆变器及旁路故障就会导致下游负载失电,将大概率引起停机停堆事件。秦山核电核岛逆变器采用GUTOR公司WEW系列型号设备,在机组运行期间曾陆续出现各类缺陷。针对该型号逆变器无记录切旁路的现象进行原因分析,介绍处理过程,并制定解决方案,为其他电厂提供参考。 Inverter is one of the important components of uninterruptible power supply system of nuclear power plant.Once the inverter and bypass fail,the downstream load will lose power,which will cause a high probability of shutdown and shutdown.Qinshan Nuclear Power Nuclear Island Inverter adopts the WEW series equipment of GUTOR Company,and various defects have appeared one after another during the operation of the unit.The reason why the inverter has no record of switching by-pass is analyzed.The treatment process is introduced and the solution is formulated to provide reference for other power plants.
