在电网系统中,开关柜作为重要电气设备发挥着关键作用。为了确保开关设备正常运行和运维人员安全,在工作情况下需保证各设备安全、稳定接地。从实际运行和维护的现场情况出发,对现有手车式开关柜内静触头挡板处的接地设计进行了分析,指出了部分可能造成安全问题的潜在隐患。从电气安全性的角度出发提出了一种开关柜绝缘挡板接地铜线收放装置,并对其中的注意事项及使用方法进行了阐述。

In grid power systems,switch cabinets play key roles as important electrical facilities.To ensure switch equipment keep running and to protect operators′safety,it is important to make sure every facility′s well earthing.Based on the actual operation and maintenance situation,the grounding design of the static contact baffle plate in the existing handcart-type switch cabinet is analyzed,and some potential hidden dangers that may cause safety problems are pointed out.From the point of view of electrical safety,a switchgear insulation baffle grounding copper wire retracting device is proposed,and the precautions and usage methods are expounded.
