摘要
核电站运行中,棒电源机组为控制棒驱动机构供电,确保控制棒在对应位置、处于正常工况。针对棒电源机组电机振动问题进行研究,从棒电源机组的基本结构、电机振动的原因、电机振动超标案例、棒电源机组维护工作要点等方面进行分析。实践证明,针对棒电源机组电机振动超标问题,排查原因、及时处理、做好维护,能保证棒电源机组稳定运行,提高核电生产可靠性。
During the operation of the nuclear power plant,the rod power unit supplies power to the control rod drive mechanism to ensure that the control rod is in the corresponding position and under normal working conditions.The vibration problem of the rod power unit motor is studied in this paper.The basic structure of rod power unit,the cause of motor vibration,the cases of motor vibration exceeding the standard,and the main points of maintenance work of bar power unit are analyzed.Practice has proved that,in view of the over-standard vibration of the motor of the rod power unit,investigation of the causes,timely treatment and good maintenance can ensure the stable operation of the rod power unit and improve the reliability of nuclear power production.
