On the Yellow River’s Water Heritage:Composition,Protection and Utilization

黄河文化是中华民族的根与魂,黄河文化遗产的系统保护是当前黄河高质量发展的重要工作之一。通过系统总结黄河文化遗产的重要组成部分——水利遗产的形成及其价值,分析黄河水利遗产的构成及其主要特性,进而提出黄河水利遗产本体保护、依托水利遗产推动黄河文化的传承弘扬与发展、黄河水利遗产保护利用能力与保障措施建设等建议,可以为黄河文化遗产的系统保护、讲好“黄河故事”提供理论支撑。

The Yellow River culture can be regarded as the“root”and“soul”of the Chinese nation.At present,the systematic protection of the Yellow River cultural heritage is one of the important tasks for the high-quality development of the Yellow River.This paper,taking the Yellow River’s cultural heritage as a core,systematically summarizes its formation and value as a water heritage,analyzes its composition and main characteristics,and puts forward suggestions on the protective and developmental measures so as to provide theoretical support for the systematic protection of the Yellow River cultural heritage and the telling of“the Yellow River story”to the world.
