摘要
显微计算机断层成像(Micro-CT)是一种新的成像技术,通过简单的对比染色生成软组织的定量、高分辨率、高对比度体积图像,提供无创的显微成像方法,可联合高分辨CT等检查,既得到全身扫描,又可获得重点关注区域的定量、三维、高分辨率成像。在慢性气道疾病患者的早期诊断和治疗后评估中具有重要的研究价值和应用前景。
Micro-computed tomography(Micro-CT)is a novel imaging technology,which can generate quantitative,high-resolution,high-contrast images of soft tissues by simple contrast staining,rapid,continuous analysis of study samples.Micro-CT can be used in combine with high resolution CT to obtain not only whole body scan,but also quantitative,three-dimensional and high resolution imaging of the lesion region.Micro-CT might be of importance in clinical application,and serve as a promising modality for the early diagnosis and post-treatment evaluation of patients with chronic airwaydiseases.
