摘要
住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)教学对于培养住培学员丰富的理论知识、过硬的技能操作以及良好的临床思维能力至关重要。案例教学作为一种较为公认的教学模式,已广泛应用于医学临床教育中,通过典型案例将理论知识与临床实践结合,可以极大地提高住培学员的学习积极性。文章以口腔种植科常见典型病例,包括后牙区单颗牙缺失简单种植、前牙美学区单颗牙缺失即刻种植、种植一期手术同期行引导性骨组织再生(guided bone regeneration,GBR)为例,对案例教学方法进行分析,探讨其在培养口腔医生临床思维能力的作用。
The teaching in standardized residency training is essential to nurturing clinicians with rich theoretical knowledge,excellent skills and good clinical thinking ability. As a relatively recognized teaching mode,case teaching has been widely used in medical clinical education. Combining theoretical knowledge with clinical practice through typical cases can greatly improve the learning motivation of the trained students. In this paper,we take the typical cases in oral implantology as examples, including simple implantation of single missing posterior teeth,immediate implantation of single tooth in anterior aesthetic area,and simultaneous guided bone regeneration in implantation phase I,to analyze the case teaching method and discuss its role in the development of clinical thinking ability of the resident trainees.
