热处理对铸造AlSi12CuMgNi合金组织及力学性能影响

摘要 研究了固溶处理与时效处理中的温度与时间对AlSi12CuMgNi合金微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶温度为490~560℃时,合金的强度、硬度随保温时间延长及温度变化先增加后减小;固溶温度为550℃时出现过烧现象,在535℃固溶2 h后,合金强度、硬度达峰值,残余应力较小;535℃×2 h固溶+(180~260)℃×(6~9) h时效时,随时间及温度的变化,强化相析出增加,强度、硬度先上升后下降,温度达240℃时明显过时效,强度、硬度降低;535℃×2 h固溶+200℃×8 h时效,合金硬度(HB)达150、抗拉强度达320 MPa以上,残余应力明显低于固溶后的。 The effects of temperature and time during solution treatment and aging treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AlSi12 CuMgNi alloy were investigated. The results indicate that when solution temperature is in the range of 490~560 ℃, the strength and hardness of the alloy are increased firstly and then decreased with holding time and the temperature variation. The burnt phenomenon appears at 550 ℃, and the hardness reaches peak value with the lower residual stress after 535 ℃×2 h. After solution treatment at 535 ℃ for 2 h and aging treatment at 180~260 ℃ for 6~9 h, strengthening phase is precipitated with time and temperature variation, where the strength and hardness are increased firstly and then decreased. When the temperature reaches 240 ℃, the over-aging is obvious, and the strength and hardness are significantly decreased. After solution treatment at 535 ℃ for 2 h and aging treatment at 200 ℃ for 8 h, the hardness reaches 150 HB, and tensile strength is more than 320 MPa, where the residual stress is significantly lower than that before solution.
