摘要
通过对结构复杂、材质为锡青铜ZCuSn10Zn2的船用三通旋塞阀体的铸造过程进行研究,介绍了锡青铜的铸造特性,并讨论了三通旋塞阀体铸造工艺。结合两种法兰间不同夹角的三通旋塞阀体的结构特点,对阀体的砂型铸造工艺进行了研究。生产出品质优良的三通旋塞阀体铸件。在2.4 MPa压力下进行水压试验合格,有效地降低了阀体的泵漏率。
The casting process of three-way cock valve body for marine with complex structure and made of tin bronze ZCuSn10 Zn2 was investigated. The casting characteristics of tin bronze were introduced, and the casting process of three-way cock valve body was discussed. Combined with the structural characteristics of three-way plug valve body with different angles between two flanges, the sand casting process of the valve body was improved to produce three-way cock valve body castings with high quality. The hydraulic test at 2.4 MPa is qualified, effectively reducing the pump leakage rate of the valve body.
