揿针联合温肺止流丸治疗肺气虚寒型鼻鼽临床观察

Clinical Observation of Thumb-tack Needle Combined with Wenfei Zhiliu Pill(温肺止流丸)in the Treatment of Biqiu with Lung Qi Deficiency and Cold Type

目的验证揿针治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效和推广优势。方法将60例肺气虚寒型鼻鼽患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组30例给予温肺止流丸口服,观察组30例在对照组基础上,给予揿针治疗,连续治疗1个疗程共15 d。观察并记录两组患者治疗前后症状体征积分、中医证候发生比率、鼻腔结膜炎患者生活质量状况调查问卷(RQLQ)评分、视觉直观类比模拟量表(VAS)评分及总有效率。结果(1)本次试验结束后,观察组总有效率为96.6%,对照组总有效率为78.6%,两组疗效经秩和检验后,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,观察组疗效更好。(2)观察两组患者试验前后症状体征积分、中医证候发生比率、RQLQ评分、VAS评分,经独立样本t检验后差异具有统计学意义。结论揿针联合温肺止流丸(观察组)临床疗效优于单独应用温肺止流丸(对照组),且应用便捷,痛苦程度低,患者满意度高,具有重要的临床应用意义与推广价值。

Objective To verify the clinical efficacy and promotion advantage of thumb-tack needle in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 60 cases of Biqiu with lung Qi deficiency and cold type patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in the control group were taken Wenfei Zhiliu Pill(温肺止流丸),30 cases in the observation group were treated with thumb-tack needle,a course of continuous treatment for 15 days.The symptom and sign scores,the incidence of TCM syndrome scores,the quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)scores,visual visual analog simulation(VAS)scores and the total effective rate of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results(1)After the end of the experiment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.6%and the control group was 78.6%.After the rank sum test of the efficacy of the two groups,P<0.05,the difference was significant,the observation group had better efficacy.(2)The TCM syndrome incidence rate,RQLQ and VAS scale records of the two groups were observed before and after the experiment,and the differences after independent sample t test were also significant,which proved that the clinical treatment by thumb-tack needle was effective,convenient and widely accepted.Conclusion The clinical effect of thumb-tack needle combined with Wenfei Zhiliu Pill(observation group)is better than Wenfei Zhiliu Pill alone(control group),and the application is convenient,the pain degree is low,the patient satisfaction is high,has important clinical application significance and promotion value.
