中药联合饮食运动干预代谢相关脂肪性肝病研究进展

Research Progress in the Intervention of Chinese Medicine Combined with Diet and Exercise on Metabolic Associated Fatty Liver Disease

目前代谢相关脂肪性肝病(metabolic associated fatty liver disease,MAFLD)已成为我国最常见慢性肝病,其发病与饮食及运动相关,在美国和欧盟至今尚无药物获批用于治疗MAFLD,西药治疗仍以保肝降酶、改善胰岛素抵抗等对症治疗为主。中医通过辨证论治及自身经验,采用内治疗法及外治疗法减轻肝脏脂肪变性,成为目前临床治疗脂肪肝的常见方法。同时饮食控制和运动干预等生活方式的改变是针对MAFLD的一线治疗方法,通过不同的运动方式联合饮食控制均可有效改善肝功能及血脂水平。中药联合饮食运动干预MAFLD疗效尚佳,但是如何通过定量控制饮食和运动来干预MAFLD临床研究尚少,作者对饮食联合运动控制MALFD及中药干预MAFLD进行分析、归纳总结,期望细化饮食运动干预MAFLD的诊疗方案,并对中药联合饮食运动干预治疗MAFLD进行深入研究。

At present,metabolic associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)has became the most common chronic liver disease in China. Its incidence is related to diet and exercise. So far,no drugs have been approved for the treatment of MAFLD in the United States and the European Union. Western medicine treatment still focuses on symptomatic treatments such as protecting the liver and lowering enzymes and improving insulin resistance. Traditional Chinese medicine uses internal and external treatments to reduce liver steatosis through syndrome differentiation and treatment and its own experience,which has become a common method for clinical treatment of fatty liver. At the same time,lifestyle changes such as diet control and exercise intervention are the first-line treatment methods for MAFLD. Different exercise methods combined with diet control can effectively improve liver function and blood lipid levels. Traditional Chinese medicine combined with dietary exercise has good efficacy in intervention of MAFLD,but there are still few clinical studies on how to quantitatively control diet and exercise to interfere with MAFLD. The author analyzes the combination of diet and exercise to control MALFD and summarizes and summarizes the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in MAFLD. It is hoped that diet and exercise can intervene in MAFLD. Diagnosis and treatment plan and in-depth study of Chinese medicine combined with diet exercise intervention in the treatment of MAFLD.
