Practical Village Planning Coping Strategies and Differentiated Guidelines

在国家乡村振兴战略与治理体系建设背景下,传统乡村空间治理模式已经无法适应当前发展需求,村庄规划作为乡村空间治理的一个重要手段也面临着不断创新与变革。基于原有村庄空间类规划存在的主要问题梳理,结合发展新要求明确新时期实用性村庄规划应对策略。依据福建省特色村庄分类方案,坚持因村施策原则,通过不同类型村庄规划案例实证,因地制宜探索不同类型村庄差异化规划编制指引,以分类有序推进村庄规划编制实施,助力乡村空间治理水平提升。

As one of the significant means of rural spatial governance, village planning has been undergoing reform and innovation against the background of implementation of national rural revitalization strategy and construction of governance system. Based on analyzing the main problems of the original village spatial planning, as well as the new development requirements, this paper proposes practical village planning coping strategies in the new ear. Then adhering to the principle of implementing policies according to the vilages, combing with the village classification scheme of Fujian Province, this paper tries to explore differentiated planning guidelines for different types of village with empirical case studies, so as to promote the level of rural spatial governance.
