北京市门头沟993名60岁及以上老年人艾滋病防治知识知晓情况及影响因素分析

Knowledge of AIDS prevention and control and treatment among 993 elderly people aged 60 and above and its influencing factors in Mentougou District of Beijing

目的探讨北京市门头沟区老年人艾滋病防治知识知晓情况及影响因素。方法2021-06/09采用自行设计的调查问卷,采取多阶段抽样的方法抽取村(社区)中的60岁以上老年人作为调查对象,采用单因素和多因素方式分析老年人艾滋病防治知识知晓情况的影响因素,采用SPSS 11.0软件进行统计分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共调查993名老年人,其中艾滋病防治知识知晓442人,知晓率为44.51%。单因素分析结果表明,年龄、工作状况、家庭人均月收入和居住地是老年人群艾滋病防治知识知晓情况的影响因素(χ^(2)=20.201,73.689,46.881,28.971,P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,在职、居住地在半山区和平原是老年人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率的促进因素;年龄≥75岁、家庭人均月收入≥2000元是阻碍因素。结论北京市门头沟区老年人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率偏低,应根据其人群特点制定相应的防控策略。

Objective To explore the knowledge of AIDS prevention and control among the elderly in Mentougou District of Beijing and its influencing factors.Methods From June to September 2021,the self-designed questionnaire was used,the elderly over 60 years old in the village(community)were selected by multi-stage sampling method.The influencing factors of the knowledge of AIDS prevention and control among the elderly were analyzed by single factor and multi factor methods.SPSS 11.0 software was used to analyze the data,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results A total of 993 elderly people were investigated,of whom 442 were aware of AIDS prevention and control knowledge,and the awareness rate was 44.51%.The results of univariate analysis showed that the age,work status,family per capita monthly income and place of residence were the influencing factors of AIDS prevention and control knowledge among the elderly(χ^(2)=20.201,73.689,46.881,28.971,all P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that working and living in mountainous areas and plains were the promoting factors for the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge among the elderly;Age≥75 years old and family per capita monthly income≥RMB 2000 were obstacles.Conclusions The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge among the elderly in Mentougou District of Beijing is low.Corresponding prevention and control strategies should be formulated according to the characteristics of the population.
