摘要
为了研究水貂血液、粪便和尿液中主要生殖激素含量差异,旨在探讨方便和快捷测定生殖激素的样品来源,试验随机选取4~5月龄健康、体重相近的短毛黑水貂母貂20只,分别采集每只水貂的粪便、尿液、动脉血液(心脏)和静脉血液(趾尖),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定动脉血液、静脉血液、粪便和尿液中的促黄体素(LH)、促卵泡素(FSH)、孕酮(P4)和雌二醇(E2)含量,并用SPSS 17.0软件分析不同来源生殖激素含量的差异性及相关性。结果表明:动脉血液、静脉血液、粪便和尿液中LH、FSH、P4和E2含量均差异不显著(P>0.05)。但动脉血液、静脉血液与粪便和尿液中LH含量极显著相关(P≤0.01)。动脉血液、静脉血液与粪便中FSH含量显著相关(P≤0.05),与尿液中FSH含量极显著相关(P≤0.01),粪便与尿液中FSH含量显著相关(P≤0.05)。动脉血液、静脉血液与粪便和尿液中P4含量极显著相关(P≤0.01)。动脉血液与粪便中E2含量极显著相关(P≤0.01),静脉血液与粪便中E2含量显著相关(P≤0.05);动脉血液、静脉血液与尿液中E2含量极显著相关(P≤0.01);粪便与尿液中E2含量显著相关(P≤0.05)。说明水貂动脉血液、静脉血液、粪便和尿液中的LH、FSH、P4和E2含量没有差异,但不同来源的激素水平间呈显著或极显著相关,而采集水貂粪便最为方便快捷,可以测定粪便中生殖激素含量来反映水貂体内生殖激素的水平。
The purpose of this experiment was to explore the differences of main reproductive hormones in blood,feces and urine of mink,to ex⁃plore the sample source for convenient and rapid determination of reproductive hormone.A total of 20 healthy female mink aged 4-5 months with similar body weight were randomly selected.Feces,urine,arterial blood(heart)and venous blood(toe tip)of each mink were collected.The contents of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone(P4)and estradiol(E2)in arterial blood,ve⁃nous blood,stool and urine were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The differences and correlations of reproductive hormones from different sources were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.The results show that the contents of LH,FSH,P4 and E2 in arterial blood,venous blood,feces and urine were not significantly different(P>0.05),but the content of LH in arterial blood,venous blood,feces and urine was in highly significant correlation(P≤0.01).The content of FSH in arterial blood and venous blood was in significant correlation with that in feces(P≤0.05);the content of FSH in arterial blood and venous blood was in highly significant correlation with that in urine(P≤0.01);the content of FSH in feces was in significant correlation with that in urine(P≤0.05).The content of P4 in arterial blood,ve⁃nous blood,feces and urine was in highly significant correlation(P≤0.01).The content of E2 in arterial blood and feces was in highly sig⁃nificant correlation(P≤0.01);the content of E2 in venous blood and feces was in significant correlation(P≤0.05);the content of E2 in ar⁃terial blood and venous blood was in highly significant correlation with that in urine(P≤0.01);the content of E2 in urine and feces was in sig⁃nificant correlation(P≤0.05).These results indicated that there was no difference in the contents of LH,FSH,P4 and E2 in arterial blood,venous blood,feces and urine of minks,but there was significant or extremely significant correlation between the levels of hormones from di⁃fferent sources.The fecal collection of mink is the most convenient and fast,and the fecal reproductive hormone level can be measured to reflect the level of reproductive hormone in mink.
