2010-2020年四川省内江市执业兽医资格考试情况分析

Analysis on the Qualification Examination of Licensed Veterinarians in Neijiang City,Sichuan Province from 2010 to 2020

为了解2010-2020年内江市执业兽医资格考试情况,继而完善执业兽医制度建设提供参考,从内江市报考人员的学历、年龄、职业、性别等方面进行分析。结果显示:2010-2020年,内江市共有1 087人报考,获得执业兽医师资格证书114人,平均通过率为13.1%;报考人员趋向年轻化,主要集中在30岁以下(49.2%),学历以大专为主(66.8%),职业为兽医、水产机构工作者报考人数居多(34.2%)。建议持续完善执业兽医资格考试准入、管理及培训机制等,做好相关制度宣传,不断提升执业兽医管理服务水平。

In order to investigate the status of qualification examination of licensed veterinarians in Neijiang City from 2010 to 2020,and provide a reference for improving the system of licensed veterinarians,the education background,age,occupation,gender and other factors of candidates were analyzed. The results showed that there were a total of 1087 candidates in the city in the ten years applied for the examination,of which 114 had been rewarded with certificates of licensed veterinarians,with a qualification of 13.1% on an average;candidates tended to be younger,mainly under the age of 30(49.2%),most of whom were with the educational background of junior college(66.8%),and were from veterinary and fishery institutions(34.2%). Therefore,it was suggested to continuously improve the mechanisms of access to the examination,management and training,and improve the public’s awareness for relevant systems,and continuously improve the management and service level of licensed veterinarians.
