黄芪多糖和丁酸梭菌对肉鸽生产性能、血液生化指标和胴体品质的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Clostridium Butyricum and Astragalus Polysaccharides on the Performance,Serum Biochemical Indexes and Carcass Quality of Pigeons

摘要 为评价黄芪多糖和丁酸梭菌对白羽王鸽生产性能、血液生化指标和胴体品质的影响,选取320对白羽王鸽及其孵化的640只乳鸽,随机分成4组,其中试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组)分别添加0.1%黄芪多糖、0.5%丁酸梭菌、0.1%黄芪多糖+0.5%丁酸梭菌复合制剂,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验期为28 d。结果显示:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组种鸽受精率较对照组显著提高(P <0.05);Ⅲ组乳鸽体重和平均日增重较对照组显著提高(P <0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组乳鸽血清白蛋白和葡萄糖水平较对照组显著提高(P <0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组乳鸽血清谷丙转氨酶水平较对照组显著降低(P <0.05),Ⅲ组乳鸽血清低密度脂蛋白水平较对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组显著降低(P <0.05);Ⅲ组乳鸽胸肌失水率较对照组显著降低(P <0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅲ组乳鸽胸肌剪切力较对照组显著降低(P <0.05)。结果表明,0.1%黄芪多糖和0.5%丁酸梭菌合剂可提高肉鸽生产性能和乳鸽肉质,改善血液生化指标。本研究为复方合生元制剂进一步替代抗生素应用于肉鸽产业提供了数据支持。 In order to evaluate the effects of clostridium butyricum and astragalus polysaccharides on the performance,serum biochemical indexes and carcass quality of white-king pigeons,320 pairs of pigeons and 640 squabs incubated by them were selected and randomly divided into four groups,for the experiment groups( Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ ),0.1%astragalus polysaccharides,0.5% clostridium butyricum,0.1% astragalus polysaccharides+0.5% clostridium butyricum compound preparation were respectively added into the basic diet,and only basic diet was for the control group,and the experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed that the fertilization rate was significantly higher in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ compared to that in the control group(P < 0.05);the weight and average daily gain(ADG)in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05);the level of albumin(ALB)and glucose(GLU)in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),but the level of glutamic pyruvic transaminase(ALT)in the former was significantly lower than that in the latter;the level of low density lipoprotein(LDL)in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in the control group and groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P < 0.05);the rate of water loss in the breast muscle in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the shear force in the breast muscle in group Ⅰ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). In conclusion,the performance of pigeons,meat quality of squabs and blood biochemical indexes could be improved by 0.1% astragalus polysaccharides and 0.5% clostridium butyricum.The application of compound synbiotics,as a replacement of antibiotics,in pigeon industry was supported with data obtained in the study.
