网络平台联合PBL教学法在核医学住培中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 评价网络平台联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在核医学住院医师规范化培训教学用的应用效果。方法 研究对象为39名2019年1月—2020年12月在核医学科轮转的住培生,其中2019年1—12月的19名为对照组,2020年1月—2020年12月的20名为试验组。试验组以网络平台联合PBL教学法授课,对照组以传统教学法授课,以出科成绩、满意度及兴趣度作为评价方法比较两种教学法的教学效果。结果 试验组出科成绩均优于对照组,试验组对教学满意度较对照组高,试验组对核医学兴趣度较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 与传统教学模式相比,网络平台联合PBL教学模式在核医学住培教育中效果更佳,这种多模式的教学策略,值得学习、运用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of network platform combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in the standardized training of nuclear medicine residents.Methods The study subjects were 39 resident students who were rotating in the nuclear medicine department from January 2019 to December 2020, of which 19 were in the control group from January 2019 to December 2020, and 20 were in the test group from January 2020 to December 2020. The experimental group used the network platform and PBL teaching method to teach, while the control group used the traditional teaching method to teach, and compared the teaching effects of the two teaching methods with the achievement, satisfaction and interest as the evaluation methods. Results The scores of the test group were better than that of the control group, the satisfaction of the test group was higher than that of the control group, and the interest of the test group in nuclear medicine was higher than that of the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the network platform combined with PBL teaching mode has a better effect in the nuclear medicine training education. This multi mode teaching strategy is worth learning, applying.
