摘要
目的观察标准化病人结合以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)PBL教学模式应用于传染病学临床教学中的价值研究。方法选取于2017年7月—2019年12月临床医学五年制在读医学生62名,按照随机数字法随机分为两组,各31名,对照组仅接受传统教学模式,试验组应用标准化病人结合PBL教学模式,比较教学的效果不同。结果试验组实习生出科考核成绩在理论知识、操作技能两个方面数据均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在四个维度(临床环境、教学效果、管理模式、工作效率)的满意评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床之后的评判性思维量表的分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用标准化病人结合PBL教学模式对提高传染病学临床带教的教学效果显著,应多加应用。
Objective To observe the value teaching of infectious diseases. Methods A total of 62 medical students enrolled in the five-year clinical medicine program from July 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups with 31 students in each group according to the random number method. The control group only received the traditional teaching model, and the experimental group used standardized patients. Combined with the PBL teaching model, the two groups of theoretical scores, operational scores, teaching satisfaction and critical thinking scale scores were compared. Results The scores of interns in the test group were higher than those in the control group in terms of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The satisfaction score of the test group in four dimensions(clinical environment, teaching effect, management mode and work efficiency) was better than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of the clinical critical thinking scale in the test group were higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of standardized patients combined with the PBL teaching model has a significant effect on improving the teaching effect of clinical teaching in infectious diseases, and should be more popularized and applied.
